It is with sadness that we must advise of the passing of David Shaw on 23rd August 2022 at the age of 71.

David was the MP for Dover from 1987 – 1997.   He was a dedicated and hard-working servant of the people of Dover and is fondly remembered in the constituency.

He is survived by his wife, son and daughter.
