A Celebration of Life for our former MP, David Shaw, is to be held on 17th November.

David loved the time he spent as an MP for Dover and Deal and had some of his happiest times here. So when it came to scattering David’s ashes last month, his family decided to do this on the top of the cliffs in St Margaret’s overlooking on one side the South Foreland Valley and his former house, and on the other side overlooking the sea. A lovely place – may he rest in peace.
