Here’s why your postal vote for the Conservatives is so important in this County Council election:

  1. 40,000 young people depend on Kent’s outstanding grammar schools but that hasn’t stopped wave after wave of Labour’s ideological attacks on them.
    Only Conservatives will defend Grammar Schools.

  2. Heads full of concrete, hearts of stone.
    Labour’s ridiculous housebuilding targets and their assault on our Green Belt spell disaster for Kent.  It’s time to stop inappropriate development and that means having experienced Conservative councillors.

  3. Any local Council Candidate who promises a quick fix to Europe’s asylum crisis is simply not being straight with you.  What sensible councils like Conservative Kent have done is take action – including successfully taking the Government to court – to ensure that the cost and burden doesn’t fall on local communities.

  4. It’s been a tough time for local government finances but common sense Conservative Kent has avoided the huge financial failures of places like Labour Birmingham, where the council effectively went ‘bust’.  When councils collapse, bills soar and services close down within days.  Conservative Kent has kept our county solvent.  It’s what we do.
